Description
The Halo DreamWeave Breathable Crib Mattress brings a breath of fresh air to bedtime.
Made for breathability, the 3D-mesh quilted cover is designed for maximum airflow, while the core is made of safe, food-grade polymer surrounded by pockets of air. The two-sided design also has a waterproof barrier on the toddler side to protect against accidents.
For peace of mind, the core is made without foam, latex, springs, glue or added flame retardants. The cover is machine washable, while the core can be easily rinsed in the shower.
You can use the mattress with or without an additional crib sheet.

Best Answer: It is! This breathable mattress is Greenguard Gold certified and uses hypoallergenic materials.
Is cover waterproof?
Best Answer: It's waterproof but only the toddler side.
If the core has to be rinsed in the shower due to bodily fluids .. how long does it take to dry? Or is there a different cleaning procedure for infant side?
Best Answer: You'll want to leave the core upright for 12 to 24 hours. You'll want to use the same mild cleaning products for both sides of the mattress.
Is the mattress cover waterproof?
Best Answer: It is! But only the toddler side is waterproof.
How thick is the mattress?
Best Answer: The Dreamweave is 4.5 inches thick.
Does this fit in an IKEA Gullivar crib (27½x52")?
Best Answer: This does fit most standard-sized cribs which are 28” x 52”.
Do any set of sheets fit on this mattress?
Best Answer: Any sheets designed for a standard-sized crib mattress are compatible with this mattress. Halo does recommend a light cotton sheet to maintain the breathable feature of the mattress.
Does this mattress need a waterproof mattress cover?
Best Answer: A waterproof mattress cover is not recommended for this mattress, as it will remove the breathable feature of the mattress on the infant side. The toddler side of the mattress has a built-in waterproof cover. The entire cover can be easily removed and washed if needed.

This has been great. My 5 month old baby sleeps very soundly. It's breathable, comfortable and it's great that is has a waterproof cover. I haven't washed it yet, but it's also nice that the whole mattress is washable. We were gifted a spring coil mattress and would pick up our baby in the morning and she was all sweaty. This is definitely no longer the case. Would highly recommend, worth the money! love The halo brand, she also sleeps in a sleep sack.
