Naturepedic’s Classic Organic Crib Mattress eliminates harmful chemicals and potential allergens without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
Crafted with organic cotton fabric and fill and without polyurethane foam, flame retardants, harmful chemicals or potential allergens, this crib mattress provides a healthier sleep environment for baby. Food-grade non-GMO waterproofing allows for a more hygienic sleep environment as well.
This mattress features a lightweight core that allows for quick, easy sheet changes without compromising on support for your baby’s developing muscles and bones. Plus, it’s designed with reinforced edges to keep bouncing toddlers safe, too. Innerspring and dual-stage models are also available.

Very disappointed
Please, please do not buy this mattress. I do not recommend this product and would advise other parents to look elsewhere.

Safe, High Quality, Comfortable!!!
High quality, comfortable, safe mattress I can rest easy using for my baby!!
An organic mattress I can trust is one of the best things I believe I can give my baby, and naturepedic provides just that!
He is more comfortable than with his bassinet mattress (not naturepedic, but still organic), and sleeps much better!

Terrible outer layer
The waterproof outer layer is awful. The mattress is always cold and SO noisy that my baby wakes up anytime he moves on it. This is really disappointing with how expensive this mattress is.

The best mattress for Babies!
I feel so confident having my baby sleep on a Naturepedic mattress. It is made out of organic healthy materials and my child sleeps very well on it.

Perfect Product
This mattress has been perfect for us and our baby. We were in search of a mattress that we felt good about having our baby sleep on, this mattress met our standards! Plus, it is affordable, WATERPROOF, and lightweight (sheet changes are a breeze)! Definitely recommend.

It was exactly what I expected and wanted
The mattress arrived timely in great shape. The mattress fits very snugly in the crib as it should. The standard crib sheets I purchased work very well as do the mattress protectors. Only complaint is that there are way too many mattress tags.

Snug fit and very supportive
Very happy with this mattress! It fits nicely in the crib with no gaps between the mattress and the rails. Super glad to be supporting a product made in the USA also!

Love it!
So happy to have a clean, organic mattress for our baby. We can sleep at night knowing he is sleeping comfortably and chemical free at night! Shipping was very fast as well. We are very satisfied.
