The Naturepedic Breathable Organic Crib Mattress is breathable, waterproof and certified organic. Crafted with organic cotton fabric and fill and without polyurethane foam, flame retardants, harmful chemicals or potential allergens, the Naturepedic Breathable provides a healthier sleep environment for baby. The mattress is waterproof at the surface, featuring Naturepedic’s non-toxic waterproofing made from non-GMO sugarcane, and wrapped in a removable, washable, breathable cover. This practical design offers increased airflow that doesn’t come at the cost of cleanliness.
The dual-stage design offers a firm side for infants and a medium firm side for toddlers. Plus, this mattress features a lightweight core that allows for easy sheet changes without compromising on support for baby’s developing muscles and bones. Reinforced edges help to keep bouncing toddlers safe, too. An innerspring model is also available.

They sent our babies matttress to the invalid address and then being as big as they’re decided not to take care of us in the leas b . They said call fedex. About as horrible as it customer service gets I will let all my friends with babies in the way to stay away from this pos company

Worth the purchase!
My husband works nights so My daughter co slept with me for her 1st year of life and I was really nervous about transitioning to sleeping on her own.
The first night she slept through until the morning and every night since. The mattress is firm, nothing like a memory foam mattress but I know the quality will keep up and last until our next baby. If needed we will definitely buy again !!

When they say breathable — they mean it
This Mattress is amazing And bring so much peace of mind for my sleeping baby. When I tested the breathability, I was shocked to find that there was absolutely no restriction to airflow. I have no concern when it comes to my baby sleeping safely on this mattress. Plus, I really wanted something that was nontoxic and was manufactured intentionally with my baby's safety in mind. I haven't tried any competitor mattresses, but there's absolutely no need.
