AWFUL. Do not buy!!!

Bought the dresser and matching nightstand. Upon opening the nightstand there was visible damage and cracking, even had a spot that was scratched on the front with thick paint where they tried to paint over it. We decided not to even open the dresser in case it had damage as well so we could return easier. I sent 5 emails, with zero response from customer service. I even called and they told me they would send an email with instructions on how to return freight items and never received. Do not…

Drawer sizes changed

I purchased this dresser about 2 years ago for my first born and loved it so much that I purchased it a second time for baby #2. I also tried to use the exact same drawer dividers that I have for the first one and was disappointed to find out they were a few inches too long for the new dresser. The drawers on the same dresser got smaller but the price didn’t change! It’s great quality furniture, but I can’t help but feel a little cheated given the reduction in drawer size.

Beautiful & High Quality but not fully assembled

While the title says fully assembled, the bottom feet of the dresser are not attached. The delivery price is not white glove so they leave the box in the room. This is important to note if you are pregnant, you may not be able to assemble it yourself, or even lift it out of the box.

Bureau is lovely - delivery was not!

Description says assembled dresser. And I paid extra for white glove delivery. The dresser was placed in the baby’s room. But you had to assess condition of contents by the condition of the box. Delivery driver only placed box in room. We had to take it out of box . Additionally it’s not fully assembled. The feet and handles needed to be attached. If this is being delivered to a highly pregnant mom to be this could be an issue. White glove delivery should have included the unboxing and the final assembly.

Quality has significantly decreased
We bought the Palma dresser for our first child in 2022. We were so impressed with the quality and sturdiness that we ordered for our 2nd who was born in July. Immediately, we had issues because the body was damaged on the top and bottom left corner (for this, we were given a 30% discount and a touch up kit). Then we started to notice the drawers didn't function as smoothly as the previous dresser we bought. We looked closer and saw that the drawer hardware is made of a much cheaper plastic on…

Great customer service
There was some slight damage to my dresser that was the result of shipping. Babyletto was very responsive to and timely in helping to resolve the issue. I will be a repeat customer.

Not real walnut wood
I love the design. Disappointed in the wood quality. I was expecting real walnut wood but it’s just some other type of wood with a walnut paint finish. It looks gray/green in certain lights and is not the rich brown/red color you expect. Will not return due to cost and hassle but wish we could return it. Same thing with the crib.

Minor assembly issue
Nice looking dresser, and I liked that it was delivered to the space in only two pieces (we just needed to attach the legs). However, one of the drawers wasn't assembled properly, so it doesn't line up perfectly and it gets a little stuck when opening/closing.

Not warm-white
Warm-white is cream, not white. I would have gotten the white instead. For $200 in shipping, you’d expect it to be fully assembled and out of the box, but not the case.

Came scratched
We had high hopes for this dresser, but upon unboxing it, we discovered two scratches on the top — one that is a complete paint chip (which is a huge bummer because we got the olive green color, which isn't easy to cover up). For how expensive this dresser is, I would have expected it to be more resilient. We hadn't even used it yet! I would not purchase again and hope customer service sees this issue.
