The Elvie connects to an app so you can visualize and improve your technique. Patented technology detects directional pull, so you’ll know if you’re pushing muscles down instead of pulling up (correct movement is key to building strength).

To improve pelvic floor strength in four weeks, Elvie recommends five minutes of training a day, three times a week.
