I love this product, now that it’s working.
We’ve had a lot of connectivity problems with our first one. Hatch did send us a new one, they sent an email telling us the first one was faulty.
The new one arrived and at first it had the same connectivity problems we had with the first. Somehow it seems to have resolved itself. Just in time too because I was about ready to give up on it and find a new brand.
Customer service have been fantastic which is why I hung on for so long.

Our Fave Baby Product
We got a Hatch for our son as a baby shower gift and we absolutely loved it! As soon as I got pregnant with my daughter, we knew we needed another one. I had a few issues come up with the second one we purchased, but I contacted Hatch and they sent me a replacement!! Being able to set schedules on it is my absolute favorite feature!

I'm so happy with customer
I'm so happy with customer service. I would rate it 10/10. Everyone I interacted with were kind and helpful. It took a little longer than expected but so grateful for the updates when requested. The hatch itself is amazing! It has helped develop a sleep routine for my 4 month old.

Have had Hatches for almost 10 years - love the products and the company
I actually really view these products as essentials for newborns/babies and even kid-aged - and evennnn a great thing for adults. I've used various generations now of their products for all my kids and their life stages, and I buy these as baby gifts for new families. I am not only extremely happy with the product itself, but I think what seems to really differentiate this company is their customer service. I always feel they go above and beyond. We love our hatch!! We
We love our hatch!! We cannot go a day without it. It helps my little ones get a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed. We also use it during nap tip so they won’t get distracted from all of the noise.

Prefer 1st Generation
I was gifted a Hatch 1st generation with my first child and loved it so much I put the second generation on my registry for baby number 2. I wish they hadn’t changed the original model. The 1st generation was simple, loud, and didn’t have to be connected to WiFi. I have the 1st generation on 40% sound and it’s louder than the 2nd generation at 80%. I wish I could still purchase the 1st generation model.

while i love our hatch, i feel like the “sleep bundle” is really not that helpful for a young baby. the “plus” features seem to be better for older kids and the simple white noise is perfect for a small baby. they also won’t let you delay the usage of your sleep bundle until your child is older, and we barely use this machine right now so this has been a bit of a waste. i however would recommend the hatch go, it’s honestly easier because you don’t need an app and it has everything a little baby needs.
