5 Questions
This breast pump vs discreet duo? ?

Best Answer:  The Lansinoh Wearable Breast Pump is a fully cordless, compact pump with larger 8 oz collection cups, four flange sizes, and strong hospital-grade suction, making it ideal for maximum mobility and customization. The Lansinoh Discreet Duo Wearable Pump is a more affordable, insurance-friendly option with a slightly bulkier design, smaller 6 oz collection cups, and fewer flange sizes, but still offers hands-free pumping with quiet operation.

I need flange size 17mm how can I get it?

Best Answer:  Lansinoh doesn't make the 17mm, but you might be able to find a compatible generic brand.

Is this pump hospital grade?

Best Answer:  It offers hospital strength suction.

Can this support larger flange sizes or no?

Best Answer:  The Lansinoh Wearable Pump can support up to five flange sizes which are 21mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30.5mm and 36mm.

Do you have to plug this in while you’re pumping?

Best Answer:  This is a completely portable pump. It doesn't have to be plugged in for use.

Only had my pump for a month and it’s already leaking and the batteries aren’t lasting even after a full charge

Amazing
I was given this pump for free from my Wic office. It’s amazing and very easy to use once you find the right setting. I feel like this pump is a big reason I have about 90oz frozen for me baby.

Great wearable pump BUT you can't get replacement
I really like this pump, but 8 months in and I can't get my hands on replacement parts. And now one of the cups/hubs has mold where the pieces meet so I can't use it. Ive been cleaning and drying it well, but it seems some water got in between where the pieces meet. This is very frustrating since buying a new one is $200. Target has been out of stock for months. I dont understand why Lansinoh doesn't sell these pieces.

Great but issues
I’m now 10 days postpartum and I absolutely loved my wearable pump as I just had twins and I have a toddler so a wearable pump is a must! My problem is they’ll say they’re fully charged and once I start pumping for about 5 minutes they’ll suddenly die and say they’re need charged… that’s a huge problem for me! Not sure why I’m having this issue but I’m very frustrated by it

wanted to love it but don’t
i bought this pump and received it on 10/13/2025 it is now 10/17/2025. so 5 days i have had it. it is junk. there were many times it worked just fine but have noticed the suction DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK. for $200 IT SHOULD WORK FLAWLESSLY. There is NOTHING wrong with the assembly as I had used it to pump one side and it worked just fine. Switched to the other side and the suction was nonexistent. I DO NOT recommend this pump. at all

Pros and Cons
After a little bit of a learning curve this pump worked well for me. I never had any issues with leaking and found it far easier to use and more comfortable than the Willow Go, which I absolutely hated. BUT, replacement parts for this model are hard to come by, and mold has started to develop in a part of the pump that is impossible to clean so I have to get rid of it. Make sure your pump is completely dry before storing every time (which is sometimes hard with a wearable if you're always on the go!)

I love them but they leak!
I got this pump and I love it, however, it leaks.
I can’t take it no more, I thought I wan’t putting the things together properly but it still leaks!!
I am trying to find something replacement parts and I can’t seem to find them anywhere 😔
I wanted to keep using it but I would need to bring extra shorts and bras.

Suction issue
Been using the pump for about a week now but unfortunately doesn’t give me the amount of milk my other pumps do. Picked this pump because it has larger flange sizes but it’s not worth it. Also target is out of stock on back up replacement parts so can’t even get an extra set for busy days. Upsetting it’s not returnable.

Doesn’t work easy as it should
I bought this pump because it held more ounces and said hospital grade. Worked good the first time I used it but I’ve used it about 10 times since and every time it sounds like it’s working and suctioning correctly but it is not. It is not suctioning and I even fix the placement multiple times. The only way I have got it to work is putting it back together and apart multiple times. It should not be this difficult for a pump to work/ put together. It waste my work break and some days left me
