Our daughter loves this piano. As she is a perpetual 3 year old, this is our 3rd piano! We purchased her first piano in the early 2000's...she wears them out!
I am sad to say the keyboard on this new one is very loose... not at all like the (pre-Covid) sturdy previous 2 she had.
She still loves it, so grateful it continues to be offered!!!

Out of Tune By Design
The piano's upper register is grossly out of tune (other reviews have mentioned similar tuning issues). When I called costumer service, they told me that all of the pianos were manufactured this way. I had the service rep repeat this information several times b/c it made no sense. Why would you manufacture a (partially) out of tune piano? And why would you include a learn to play piano instruction booklet if it was not meant to actually be in tune? I'm confused and deeply disappointed by both the product and the costumer service.

Out of tune (replacement also on the same note)
Adorable, unfortunately it is out of tune on one note on two different units (replacement had a second note slightly off). It is VERY off key, not just slightly, on the problem note. Seems it could be a manufacturing issue since it is on two units. I would love to know if it can be tuned as my son loves it.

Exchange it
Upon opening on Christmas Day, the piano has a key that is stuck and will not play. I will be contacting the company to exchange it.

Really cute but out of tune
Very cute toy piano but the sound quality is not great. My little one doesn't seem to mind, he loves playing with it.

3 year old grandson loves it
My 3 year old grandson loves it. But the sound is a bit "off" - or at least from what I expected. It's also a toy that needs a safe place - my one year old grandson pushed it over on my toes and it was painful.

So exciting to see her play!
My daughter received this piano as a gift for her birthday. The moment she opened it she fell in love! She has actually memorized some notes and can play some tunes! She has spent less time in front of a screen!! I definitely recommend this for any child that loves music and spends too much time watching videos. They will love it!
