Easy grip balls and bright colors

Disappointed
The little mouth at the bottom of ours does not go up and down and seems to be stuck. Frustrating and there is wood chipping on one side. Disappointing because we usually love Melissa and doug toys.

Came in defected
Ordered this for my son’s first birthday. The toy is defected when it arrived. A piece of the wood is peeling off. This looks like it was flagged as defective, because there's literally a sticker with an arrow pointing to the peeling wood. I am concerned about this being a choking hazard for my one-year-old son. I have tried to contact Melissa and Doug through the website and email, nobody responded to my message. Very bad shopping experience!

Unsturdy
My grandson loves putting the balls in the cup but it seems unsturdy and falls over too easily. Also, the gift card wasn't included in the package.

Missing pieces
Bought for an early Christmas present and unfortunately it’s missing the top blue funnel piece and the small balls—it’s only the wooden part. I would love to get the missing parts as it seems like my 1 year old would really love it, if we could use it!

Toy may be great --if we ever receive it!
Have not received this yet!! Apparently handed off to Smart Post; it has been sitting in Aurora, CO for more than a week. I haven't been able to get any information from either Melissa and Doug customer service or FEDEX. Now, the tracking states "handed off to USPS, watch your mailbox". Frustrating
