Don’t waste your time with this humidifier. The price is great but it’s impossible to clean properly. You have to clean it every 2-3 days to get rid of pink mold in the base, but black mold started growing in the top and it’s not possible to reach to clean.
I can’t believe this product is marketed for a baby’s room when it constantly grows mold. I’ll be tossing this one because I just replaced with the Canopy (dishwasher safe) humidifier. The Canopy is much more expensive but worth it in my opinion since it is much easier to clean.

How do you clean this?
Best Answer: You clean it by emptying the tank daily, washing the tank and mist nozzle with warm water and mild soap, and letting them air dry; for deeper cleaning, Pure Enrichment recommends using a white vinegar and water solution to remove mineral buildup. Do not put any parts in the dishwasher, and always unplug the unit before cleaning.

Will not buy again
Bought this product in November and it quit working in December. I turn it on. I red flashing light comes on and it turns itself off.

Does not work properly
I used this once, cleaned it as recommended, and it does not work. The mood lighting will not come on and mist will come out maybe a few seconds. The tank blinks red constantly. I’ve troubled shot it multiple times and tried watching YouTube and going to Reddit. I do not recommend.

Lost part
I bought this a year ago and I use it all the time. I recently was cleaning it and somehow lost the cap that screws in and I have no idea how i can replace it...hoping you can help

Nice and Quiet
Pros….quiet, perfect size, large water tank and nice nightlight.
Con…the top is heavy when filled and doesn’t attach to the base, it just sits on top. It is easy to knock off and spill the water sitting in the base. It can be messy to fill and needs a deep sink and faucet to fill it.

Great Portable Humidifier
Just saw this in one of things my daughter brought home from her father’s stuff. At first I didn’t know what it was, so I researched online and found this website. So far I liked it and it is very light (compared to my other big and heavy humidifier) and easy to put water and transport it anywhere around the house.

Not a good product PureSpa XL
The water container of this humidifier cannot be cleaned. It got really disgusting mold or something on the inside and you can’t open it to give it a good cleaning. Soaking the inside in Vinegar did not work. I would not buy this product again.

Great product, but I need some suggestions.
I’ve had this product a year and I love it. I use it every day, and it’s wonderful to be able to choose different scents for different moods. Since I use it so much it does get dirty on the inside so I just use a soft sponge and dawn soap. However I feel like the scent of the essential oils isn’t as strong as when I bought it. Are there any suggestions for deep cleaning the insides? Like running it with some kind of cleaning solution? Thanks.
