Manual Breast Pump

This is an easy-to-use and straightforward pump option that gives you total control. Since it’s powered by your hand compressing the handle over and over, you don’t have to worry about plugging into an outlet or having fresh batteries on hand. But doing all the pumping action yourself can get tiresome—thankfully it has an ergonomic design so it’s more comfortable for your wrist and hand.

It’s best suited for those who only need to use a breast pump from time to time. Although, some swear it does the job faster (albeit one breast at a time) than an electrical breast pump.
