The MamaRoo Sleep Bassinet is an adaptable bassinet rooted in the science of infant sleep. It features five parent-inspired motions, five speeds and four white noise options, so you can find the ultimate soothing combination to help comfort and support baby.
Use the Find Your Roo feature on the 4moms app to discover the MamaRoo motion and speed combinations that are most inspired by your own soothing moves. The 4moms app also comes in handy to adjust features or set a timer.
The adjustable legs and mesh sides allow the bassinet to easily fit next to your bed for visibility and breathability. It also has a firm, flat sleeping surface, which follows AAP Safe Sleep Guidelines for a safe sleep environment.

Loud and overpriced
Awful and overpriced. It has squeaked since the first time we used it. On the rare occasions it doesn't squeak it is still very loud and you have to use the white noise to drown out the sound. The touch buttons are not very responsive.

Beware
Loved this bassinet for the 3 weeks it worked. Got it second hand from someone who used it about 8 months. It started acting wild and going full speed on its own. I reached out to the company (they’ve been purchased by Uppababy) and they basically said I could try buying a new cord for
$15 OR buying just the motion part for $369, without the legs. What a bargain. So as long as you’re ok with it only lasting a year, totally get it. I think the fact they have zero troubleshooting help speaks…

Updated Review: Great Service & Fast Replacement
I originally left a 1-star review because our MamaRoo Bassinet started squeaking pretty early on, and it eventually got so bad it would wake our baby—totally defeating the purpose. But I have to give credit where it’s due: 4moms went above and beyond to make it right.

Do not recommend
I received this product as a gift and was very exciting. It was great- for about 6 weeks. Then all motion stopped working. It would start, then a clicking noise, and then shut off on its own. After some research, this is common with many products from this brand. It's very disappointing, especially with the high price point.

Has amazing motions but they brake do research
When it works it works amazing but I bought a bassinet and swing at the same time. Swing quit couldn't get them to warranty it out or even parts. Wasted another 300 to get a swing now bassinet quit hope they make this one right.

Great at First, But Didn’t Last
I purchased this bassinet a few months ago for my newborn and was initially so excited to try it out—especially because it gently rocks your baby to sleep. At first, it worked wonderfully and felt like a great investment. Unfortunately, after just a month of use, it started making loud noises and no longer rocks as smoothly. While it was amazing in the beginning, its performance declined quickly. I had hoped to use it again for future babies, but sadly, that won’t be possible due to the wear and tear.

Wish I went with a cheaper, better constructed opt
Used for my first baby without problem, used for 3 months then stored it safely. Got it out for my next baby and motor makes clanking noise and turns off frequently and screen blinks. The bassinet also tilts to one side making the baby kinda roll to that side which seems unsafe. Would think a $500 product would work longer than 4ish months.

Poor Customer Service and Product did not hold up
This was one of my favourite baby items, but after using it with my second it stopped working. I contacted the company and was not met with any solution other than a 20% code for a new base. At a high price point you would think there would be some type of warranty that extends passed 1 year considering it’s a baby item and should have intention to use for multiple children. Unfortunately the low quality of the product did not hold up over 2 kids and the customer service fell short.
