Why does this say breast milk warmer but not allowed for breast milk? ?

Can you use this for breastmilk, if so how?

Order Not Processed After 1 Week
I placed my order 07/17. That was one week ago. I have my receipt. My order has been paid for yet, there is no progress. My order has been in the “To Be Processed” phase for a week. It’s ridiculous to spend that much and not even have your item so much as shipped after that long.
