Amazing customer service
We love our dual camera monitor and have recommended it to lots of friends. Unfortunately the on-off button stopped working 18 months after I’d bought it but Babysense just replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Fantastic customer service!

Great Customer Service
The device itself is great. Good quality image and the music option is super helpful. I also enjoy the eco mode. I recently started having some issues with it and the customer service team was great to try to help troubleshoot and when the suggested resolutions didn’t work they honored the warranty and are sending a new one. They made the process easy and I am so thankful for that. This is an amazing company that our family will continue to trust.

Great customer service
I had an issue with one of the camera pictures becoming blurry after a few months use, after a few quick emails to customer support a replacement camera was sent and delivered within days and the issue was resolved very quickly and without any needless back and forth.

Il fonctionne pas par contre
Il fonctionne pas par contre très bruyant et pas possible d’avoir le son sur les deux caméra en même temps .

Excellent customer service
Accidentally plugged my parent unit into the wrong adapter and it broke. I was able to email the team and had a new parent unit sent out which arrived the next day. Absolutely outstanding customer service and understanding from the team and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again
