What weabout it
An attractive, roomy tub that collapses and stores easily

Description

A collapsible, one-piece design offers an innovative, space-saving feature for an otherwise roomy baby tub. The Boon Naked has two positions: semi-reclined for younger babies who need support to stay above water, and fully expanded for older babies who can sit up on their own (in fact, this tub is big enough to take you well into the toddler stage). A built-in hook makes it easy to hang the tub to drip dry or store.

This tub won’t fit in most kitchen sinks, though you may be able to straddle a double sink with it or place it on a counter nearby. It’s more reliably used in a bathtub. Some users find the tub bottom can be slippery and recommend using it with a spongy bath pad or other grippy insert.

We like the design but it did not fit well in our sink.

This tub is absolute garbage. It is impossible to collapse. I tried everything on my own before asking my husband to try and small bits of plastic snapped off the second he tried to fold the legs down. As others have noted, it’s also slippery and nearly impossible to bathe a baby in this on your own, almost always requires another set of hands. On top of that, this tub actually bottomed out with my daughter inside, meaning her head and the inclined part of the tub popped all the way down and banged into the tub floor, which was terrifying (to her and us). If any part of you is considering this, don’t. The oxo tot collapsible tub is WAY better (easier to use, more secure, cheaper etc).

It's easy to use, easy to collapse, but can be loud and little tough to get the legs to close.

Very difficult to collapse. You are supposed to pull the legs up then fold down, however, the particular one we received is either damaged or extremely difficult. Also, the baby slips in the tub the entire time so he doesn’t enjoy the bath. I have to use one hand to keep his head up while washing him. It would be better if there was a slip-proof insert. Would not recommend this product.

It worked fine until one day we hung it by the hook and the tub part came crashing down. Which we felt was a safety concern. The hook is just a plastic piece fitted into a hole.

I found this tub extremely difficult to use. It was nearly impossible to give baby a bath without an extra set of hands.

The latch did not stay in locked position causing it to collapse from an elevated position, which is a safety issue.

I wish it came with some sort of infant insert for support that allowed one person to give a bath. Otherwise, it’s a two man job which makes it tough. The collapsible feature is great but unfortunately the little hook broke off after only 3 uses. I am not impressed. If you’re looking for compact this is great, although now I am going to have to figure out a new way to hang and store it.
