Love their product- but Horrible service
love cybex product but horrible customer service. Order this item on their website. Showed to be shipped but I never received it. Contacted them via email and phone but never got a solution. They said it was not their issue once and item is shipped and still charged me. Refuse to refund or replace. I had to purchase one locally after giving birth.

Love love love
I loved this cot and so does my baby! The padding is very soft and cozy. It’s perfect for baby to sleep in while we are out and about. It keeps him nice and warm. I will say that my baby might not be able to fit in it for a very long time since he’s growing pretty quickly and getting very long. Nevertheless, I don’t regret this purchase and will use it for as long as I’m able to. Also I love that I can fold down the cot when my baby isn’t in it and I’m able to save a lot of space in my trunk.

A cozy and Convenient Cot!
We’ve been using the Cybex Cot for a while now, and it’s been a wonderful addition to our baby gear. It offers everything we need for our little one’s comfort and our peace of mind.

Disappointing gift
I bought this as a gift for a new mom. I received an email that it was shipped April 18. My fault…I never checked or followed up. The new mom mentioned that she never received it. On may 1st I contacted the company and was told they would follow up. I asked them to please rush as mom was due. They were rude and said they would look into it. I also,sent an email asking them to expedite. Someone listened as mom received it two days later, however, the original customer service person sent me an…

the Gazelle S Cot is well made and we fell in love with the Sky Blue color (enough to wait till it was back in stock)! Both my wife and I demoed several strollers/cots and instantly decided on the Cybex. The Cot has a beautiful design that stands out from the rest. The one downside is that unlike the Uppababy and other brand's cots/bassinets; the Cybex cannot be used standalone. It can only be used on the stroller.
Sun protection was a concern (we are in Southern…

A good product
Overall this is a very nice for to go with the stroller. It has a nice sun shield built in and it is nice looking. The mechanism for getting it off the base is a bit clunky and probably the thing I like least about it. I also wish it were a tiny bit deeper as I use a thick wool bunting so I can take my son out in cold weather and he gets a little squished once I snap the cover on. He’s fine but it annoys him and sometimes hinders our walks.
