Worth it
Loved having this for the early days!! My baby would sleep in it regularly on walks or when we went places. Super soft and cozy. She still technically fits into it but it fit best up until maybe 4-5 months. She was bored in it on walks after that. Beautiful made, great for all weather.

Worth It
I didn’t originally think to buy the bassinet attachment for my stroller system, but after giving birth and going through recovery, getting outside for walks became essential for my mental health. Having the bassinet made those walks so much easier because my baby could lay flat and comfortably instead of being in a more upright seat.

Very nice quality just wish
Very nice quality just wish there was an easier/quicker way to fold it down when not in use or storing in car.

Love their product- but Horrible service
love cybex product but horrible customer service. Order this item on their website. Showed to be shipped but I never received it. Contacted them via email and phone but never got a solution. They said it was not their issue once and item is shipped and still charged me. Refuse to refund or replace. I had to purchase one locally after giving birth.

Love love love
I loved this cot and so does my baby! The padding is very soft and cozy. It’s perfect for baby to sleep in while we are out and about. It keeps him nice and warm. I will say that my baby might not be able to fit in it for a very long time since he’s growing pretty quickly and getting very long. Nevertheless, I don’t regret this purchase and will use it for as long as I’m able to. Also I love that I can fold down the cot when my baby isn’t in it and I’m able to save a lot of space in my trunk.

A cozy and Convenient Cot!

Disappointing gift
I bought this as a gift for a new mom. I received an email that it was shipped April 18. My fault…I never checked or followed up. The new mom mentioned that she never received it. On may 1st I contacted the company and was told they would follow up. I asked them to please rush as mom was due. They were rude and said they would look into it. I also,sent an email asking them to expedite. Someone listened as mom received it two days later, however, the original customer service person sent me an…
