Designed with the softness of a wrap and the structured support of a carrier, the ErgoBaby Embrace is a smaller, lighter version just right for new babies and parents. It’s soft and simple to use (no complicated wraps or tying), and keeps your hands free and baby close. Use it from from birth (7 lbs) to 18 months or so (25 lbs). It’s ergonomic, hip-healthy and has cushioned neck support, too.
You can choose newborn mode (under 23”), baby facing in (over 23”) and baby facing out (over 26”). As baby grows, the spreadable cross-shoulder straps and adjustable supportive waistbelt offer a comfortable fit for a wide range of bodies.
It’s also slim and compact, so it easily rolls up and stashes in a diaper bag.

Best Answer: The material used for this carrier is made from Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified Fabric; 79% Polyester 17% Rayon 4% Spandex/Elastane. The fabric is soft and cozy and may attract some dog hair. The carrier is machine washable.
Do you need the infant insert for this model?
Best Answer: No, the Embrace baby carrier was specifically designed so you can carry your newborn baby (minimum 7 lbs./3.2 kg and 20 in/50.8 cm) without the need for an infant insert.

Love my Ergobaby! Wore it on Easter for the first time, baby was 9 weeks young. Lightweight, east to put on. I like how its not too chunky. I see a lot of other carriers that looks too bulky for me and the baby. The strap also helped block to sun while baby was napping.

My baby is 2 months and we have been using this since around 2 weeks! I love being able to get things done around the house and he just falls right asleep in this carrier! It is soft, breathable and comfortable for both of us. It's also so cute and I love the sage color!

Extremely easy to use
I don’t understand the reviews saying this is difficult to put on. . literally so easy to put on solo. I had the original ergo 7 years ago for my first born and they’ve come a long way. Much more comfortable, shoulder strap are softer and not so bulky. Used it a lot for newborn days and waiting for him to grow another inch or so so we can outward face since that’s all he wants to do these days. Great product.

Good but not for large bust
Didn’t work for me! I’m a 34G and can’t use this to carry my baby but it works great for my husband.

Great for velcro baby
Great carrier, its a must for a clingy newborn so I can get stuff done or run errands without having to lug a stroller around. My only complaint is that there is a perfect spot for a pocket on the front and there isnt any pockets, but not a big deal.

Not worth it for the price. There is little to no head support for my 4 month old. Returning!
