Description
This is one of the nicest swing/rocker combos from baby giant Graco. It is allows you to position the seat in three different ways so baby can sway side-to-side or front-to-back. And the rocker can be removed so you can bring it around the house with you. It’s so great, it got enough votes from parents to win its way onto our Best Bouncers and Swings guide.
What’s the difference between a rocker and a swing anyway? Swings have machine-powered motion and lots of settings. Rockers respond to your baby’s movement or a push from a parent and are powered mainly by inertia. Rockers are easier to move around the house, whereas a swing is basically a new piece of furniture.
What else is there to the Duet Soothe? In addition to the multi-direction swing, the rocker has two vibration settings to keep baby calm and 15 songs and sounds. A harness keeps babies secure. The overhead bar suspends detachable plush toys.
This swing does occupy a lot of space, so if you live in tighter quarters consider a bouncer that collapses flat like the BabyBjorn Balance Bouncer or a smaller swing like Graco’s Cozy Duet.

Very pleased with DuetSoothe swing and rocker

Duet soothe swing and rocker is just what I was looking for to help in caring for our grandchildren. Joyfully, there are 2 little ones and while the swing/rocker is new to our home, it is already a hit with both of them (ages 7 months and 2 months). Movement is nice, interchangeable between side to side and front to back movement. Sounds and music are nice. Haven’t used the vibration yet. No complaints about the item. Highly recommend!

Safe and great for first time moms

It’s really great it helped me be hands free and it’s super safe, before purchasing I did think he might roll out but he’s super supported and it didn’t take as much space as I thought it would so it’s perfect especially as a first time mom!

Fast shipping, easy to assemble, understandable instructions, my son loves the swinging part. So I’m glad it swings on its own. A bit pricey, but great investment as it will last me a long time. Definitely worth it!

My aunt had gotten this for when she had her baby a while back and she loved it. She gave it to me bc I didn’t have time to order one because of emergency c-section related to my type 2 diabetes. My son absolutely loves it and it still runs like it’s brand new.

Motor broke after two days
Looked into a lot of swings and decided to purchase this one for my two month old. After not even 24 hours we noticed a clicking sound while it was swinging (common complaint from what I can see) then within another 24 hours the motor started making loud noises and it would no longer swing. Incredibly frustrating and ridiculous considering the price and the assembly. Contacted Graco directly. Being told to take apart the motor, mail it back, wait for them to check to see if they have another…

Great swing minus motor issues
Love the swing for my grandson & he loves it to, the music pits him right to sleep..but right away had an issue with the motor, grateful I was able to replace it for free.. received the new motor and now there is a clicking sound when it rocks which wakes him up. So not very pleased with that & not sure if it can be replaced for free again.
