This infant car seat features an Anti-Rebound Bar, providing an additional layer of rear-facing safety by limiting rotation of the seat and child in the event of an impact.
SnugRide performance helps to protect rear-facing infants from 4-30 lbs and up to 32”. SnugLock technology installs in less than one minute using vehicle seat belt or LATCH.
The headrest and harness can be adjusted together while your child is in the seat with the front-adjust No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System.
Graco’s exclusive InRight LATCH attachment provides a one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation. The 5-position adjustable base and easy-to-read bubble level indicator also help with proper installation.
Infant head and body supports and harness covers offer a comfortable fit for smaller babies. The all-weather boot and premium soft goods keep baby cozy in all conditions.

Love it! Slight disappointment in cover

Love the car seat! Love the brand. Nice materials for the fabric. Only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the way the “foot cover” attached to the car seat. It has the same plastic flaps that slide under the sides by the seat cover.

Premium and high quality with only one complaint

Really like this car seat, feels premium and is light to carry. For comparison we had a Chico car seat before, this 35 Elite is lighter. The base is designed such that the car seat sits deep in the seat, giving room between the front seat and the back of the car seat. The sun shade works well and is easy to open and close with one hand, and doesn't feel cheap. Previous car seats I've owned always had sun shades that sagged or got stuck and required 2 hands to move. Biggest drawback is that when…

Seat malfunctions
I regret getting this car seat. It's a pain to try to get out and it doesn't latch when installing the car seat. To get it to latch all the way, I have to stand up in the truck and push down on the seat. Very concerning, when it comes to the safety of my baby.

Locking system not easily secured and hard to rem!
I bought this product for my first baby and honestly wish I went with a more expensive brand. This car seat doesn’t properly lock or click into the base and I hear it lock in place sometimes when leaving the driveway after thinking it was already secured. Also, it’s sometimes nearly impossible to get the car seat out of the base. I squeeze the release button and pull up with all my strength but it still won’t budge. I have to remove my baby from the car seat first and then squeeze the release…

Amazing buy for the elements
Just as described and got it at a great price for black Friday. This will be great for the Alaskan winter without having to smother the baby in layers when she comes in February. Wonderfully made with features such as the level based on age. Haven't tried it yet but we are excited.

Gets stuck
I am 3 months into using these seats for my twins and I hate them so much. Every single time I have to get them out of the car seat or off the stroller the handle in the back gets stuck so I need two hand to squeeze the lever and have to use so much force to get them up. They also feel like they don’t click into the base all the way so I have to push them down firmly when I put them in. I’ve had all Graco products for my 4 children total and this is by far the worst seat I’ve had

Advise Against Buying This Model
I wanted to love this car seat but cannot. Unsafe - need to forcefully push down each corner of seat in order to secure into base. VERY difficult to get out of the base. Canopy gets stuck under handle. One handed push button to move handle gets stuck coming half way down. My son is 2.5 months old - 18 lbs and the car seat headrest makes it a really tight fit. This car seat advertises that it hold babies up to 45 lbs I believe. $292.00 for this car seat and I now need to look for another car…

WORST CAR SEAT EVER. We purchased the Premier Snugride Snugfit 35 Elite Seat in Savoy. There's a reason it is no longer offered on the website. It absolutely SUCKS. It started out great. Cute seat, happy baby, nice fit. After a few months the seat was getting stuck in the base. Then I noticed the seat was not latching properly. I would hear the clicks and think it was all good.
