We bought these on October 27th, for a baby shower that is on November 4th. Seven days later, after they never arrived, I contacted customer service and they said:
"Thank you for reaching out regarding your order. I would like to inform you that, when you placed your order, our warehouse was close for inventory. Our warehouse will be open on Nov 7. When they open we'll be able to resume shipping order. We do apologize for the delayed and inconvenience"

This swaddle sack is the perfect size for my 2 months baby . I love both because my baby tends to remove the blanket by kicking it and those help keep him warm at night . The material is high quality and works for any season during the year 🥰.

Not sure why they changed the zipper!
We loved these swaddles when our little one was a newborn, so we quickly ordered the next size up when she grew out of the newborn size. We still use them daily, but can't understand why the zipper design was changed! The newborn size has a double zipper that stays attached and starts at the bottom for easy zipping and diaper changes. The small has just one zipper that starts at the top and has to be fed together - not easy or fun with a sleepy or wiggly little one. Wish it was the exact same as the newborn size and can't understand why the zipper was changed!

Well made and soft
Nice fabric and design. It was my own fault for not reading the description carefully before ordering - I thought both were swaddles but in fact there is one sleep sack (patterned) and one swaddle (solid).

Poor zipper upgrade
We recently bought this set to size up after our infant outgrew his newborn swaddle. We loved our original halo swaddle sleep sack, which had a two-way zipper. This one works the same as the newborn swaddle, but the zipper only runs one way, connecting at the neck (rather than the feet). This has led to accidentally waking up baby while fiddling with connecting the zipper in the dark, after he’s fallen asleep. Wish they would’ve kept the two-way zipper design!
