Description
Designed for the littlest babies, HALO’s Newborn Insert helps ease the transition from womb to bedroom.
Made from soft, breathable mesh, it cuddles newborns, providing the cozy feeling of being held. When they feel safe and secure, they’re more likely to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
It’s the only Newborn Insert approved for use with the Halo BassiNest (sold separately). The Insert clips securely onto side walls and can be removed for machine washing.

will this work with the Halo Bassinest swivel?
Best Answer: Yes, this is compatible with the Halo BassiNest Swivel Sleeper 3.0.
Does this work for the Twin Halo BassiNest?
Best Answer: This doesn't work with the Halo Twin BassiNest.
There is no ability to Velcro the side. Is there an error with the Velcro? One side will go through the hoops, but there is no way to Velcro it to close it securely, as the Velcro does not close.
Best Answer: There isn't Velcro on it, but it does have hooks to secure it to your bassinet railings.

Good Idea, bad design
Our newborn loves the coziness and sleeps well in the insert. However, it’s a poorly designed item. The install for the Swivel makes it too taught doesn’t create a flat surface. Instead it hammocks slightly causing a lean. Also not practical for cleaning. The entire item including buckles go in the washer. After a few washes, 2 of the buckles broke making the entire thing unusable and hazardous.

Tragic failure. Does not fit swivel sleeper.
Despite saying it fits the swivel sleeper bassinet, their most popular model, it absolutely does not. It is so loose that it makes no functional difference in the bassinet. The designer of this product should not only be fired, they should be trapped in a room full of sleepless screaming babies for all of eternity.

Don’t waste your money
The side were too loose and the bottom was on the mattress. This product could have been GREAT! Especially for newborns that don’t like having their arms swaddled.

This didn’t make much of a difference with my baby and one of the clips broken within about 2 weeks.

Broke almost immediately
Worked well for a couple times but didn’t get even own it for two weeks and two of the clips have snapped (followed the directions exactly). Emailed customer service about a replacement and have not heard back. Very expensive item for how little I was able to use it.

Didn’t hold up
Worked great for my first baby. When I pulled it out to use for my second baby it held up the first week but now 3 of the clips have snapped and the other aren’t far behind. It either so will I would buy replacement clips but the only option is to buy a whole new insert.
