With the HALO BassiNest, baby can be near you at night, but secure in their own defined space—it’s perfect for parents who want closeness but don’t feel comfortable co-sleeping. Use the 360 degree swivel to move the bassinet in next to you when you’re sleeping, then swivel it away so you can get out of bed more easily in the morning. The retractable, locking side wall lowers to make it convenient to tend to baby from bed (especially helpful for nighttime nursing or moms recovering from C-sections).
The Luxe Series model has a soothing center with an amber nightlight, amber floor light, two levels of vibration, soothing sounds with volume control and an auto shutoff. Two storage pockets keep necessities close at hand. Plus, it converts from bassinest to portable nest with the push of a button. It’s also designed with premium furniture-grade finishes and a machine washable luxe fabric that zips off for easy cleaning.
The improved 4-point base has a premium matte finish and low-profile design that reduces the risk of tripping or stubbed toes. It adjusts to fit most beds.
Unlike larger cribs that don’t come with a mattress, the bassinet includes a waterproof mattress (that contains no toxic flame retardants) and coordinating fitted sheet.

Is the mattress Breathable that comes with it?
Best Answer: Yes, the mattress that comes with the Halo Bassinest Swivel Sleeper Luxe Series is designed to be breathable. It has a firm, flat sleep surface covered in a breathable polyester material to help with air circulation.
However, for even more airflow, Halo offers an optional breathable mattress pad (sold separately), which may provide extra peace of mind.
Is the Swivel 3.0s smaller than the deluxe series or around same size? ?

Best Answer: We're happy to accept returns within nine months of the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition received, unopened and in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on opened or used items.
I am needed screw replacement does anyone know what size they are?

How much clearance is required on the floor under the bed?
Best Answer: The Luxe’s legs are very low to the ground so as long as you have 1” of clearance under the bed, you can fit the legs underneath and have the full swivel over the bed experience.
What does it mean that the bassinet requires 32” clearance from the wall?
Best Answer: It means you need to place the bassinet at least 32 inches away from any wall.
Size of pad?
Best Answer: The Halo Mattress Pad is 30 x 18 inches at the widest point and tapers to 16.5 inches or so in the center of the hourglass.

I love this bassinet, which I didn’t anticipate! My sister originally gave me her old bassinet but it had a bulky base, not all the sides were mesh, and it had a verrrry slight decline that made me uncomfortable and concerned for my baby’s safety! Well, thanks for asking. I still haven’t received the second attempt to purchase this item. The first box you sent me had previously been opened — clearly! And sloppily retaped. With crushed corners. I sent it back. It was to be a gift, for heaven’s sake.

Mommy’s best helper!
This bassinet is a GAME CHANGER. All the features are truly one of a kind and so helpful. My favorite is the vibrating and rocking motions. My boy loves to be held and when I have to lay him down I turn those on immediately and it works everytime!

Opened box & poor replacement process
The company sent me a bassinest luxe that had clearly already been opened and retaped and the box had large gaping holes in multiple spots. I didn’t pay over $400 to not get a brand new bassinest. So far the experience to receive a new one has been time consuming and not easy. I wish I would have listened when people said not to get a halo product.

Horrible customer service
Stay alway from this website. I paid for a new bassinet and received an open box. Their customer service sent me a label and promised to refund my money as soon as the returned item is on its way to their warehouse. They have received it last week. I tried to email and call them and received no response. I have to contact my credit card company and report a fraud.

We love the Luxe Swivel
We love the Luxe Swivel Bassinet by Halo - we previously had a simple bassinet that sat by the bed but it was a pain to always have to get up out of bed to pick up the baby for middle of the night feedings. The Swivel allows you to swivel the bassinet right over your bed for easy access to your baby! You can also put the baby down safely in the bassinet for sleep and keep them close to you. We highly recommend this version too because the legs are flat on the floor and do not pose a trip hazard. Also the night light and sounds are an added bonus. I'm so glad we bought this bassinet!

Great quality and love how it swivels, detaches from base to easily move around the house, and the side can easily go down so you can conveniently pick up and out down baby during night feedings. Note the base is heavy and awkward to move. And the buttons for light, sound, vibrations don’t do much (you’ll still want a separate light and sound machine). But overall happy with it.
