No elbow rest included
As the title says there is t an elbow rest included in the full kit- only available in the fun time kit and it isn’t available for purchase unless you’re willing to buy another knee rest. Needless to say was even more disappointed when I reached out to customer service. It’s also upsetting to see that at one point in time, according to previous reviews l, it was offered in the full time bath kit.

Incomplete Bath Kit
We’ve only received the tub, faucet protector, and cup so far. The second box that should’ve had the storage basket and cushions instead had six packs of the reusable giant coloring sheets. Not sure what’s going on but we would like to get what we ordered/paid for!
Also, still waiting for the rest of the towel sets and other accessories that we had ordered at the same time.

Best bath set!
What an amazing kit, ESPECIALLY on sale! $108 for everything in this set is insane. We're still using this with my 2 year old. Highly highly recommend.

Great starter kit
Love the kit… thoughtfully put together and love the quality. Appreciate that the bath can be used for other things like a sensory bin down the line. Don’t love the insert. It’s hard and uncomfortable for my baby. In addition, a padding around the head area would be nice. Babies sometimes lift and put their heads back down and the plastic is hard. I’ve had to put towels down to soften it up for her.

Customer service is wonderful
I bought this tub on June 10th and shortly after it was announced that they upgraded it to be more comfortable and they quickly responded to my message and sent a new one. Excellent customer service and will continue to buy from Lalo!!!

Beauty & Function
I am once again impressed. The tub feels sturdy but lightweight, I love that it can grow with my baby. He’s currently in the 2nd stage and it works so well for him. We save a lot of water by only filling this tub. He’s able to sit up well & have room to play. It cleans up easily. I’m happy!
