Description
This Play Gym + Tent lets baby discover, explore and learn as they grow.
Created to be used from day one, The Play Gym is a safe space for your little one to get stimulation. When your baby is ready (around a year old or so), the Play Gym converts in a Tent to spark little imaginations through creative play.
Designed in collaboration with a team of early childhood development experts, The Play Gym takes little ones from tummy time to storytime with adjustable features. This includes a soft mat made from eucalyptus and three sensory toys that help babies safely develop cognitive and motor skills.
Sensory Ball: Six panels of different textures and a hidden bell inside the Sensory Ball inspire babies to use their gross motor muscles to reach out and fine motor muscles to grasp it, while providing a sensory learning experience once they do.
Mirror Prism: Tummy time can be tough, so the Mirror Prism acts as both distraction and motivation for babies. It can be used hanging from the bar or directly on the mat to strengthen their attention and visual tracking skills while they get practice working big muscle groups. Reverse the prism and slide high contrast Art Cards (sold separately) to introduce them to their favorite animals, food and more.
Silicone Teether: The Silicone Teethers are made from FDA approved Food Grade non-toxic silicone so when detached, it’s safe for soothing sore gums. Dangling from the bar, the Silicone Teether motivates babies to reach and grasp.
The included Tent Kit transforms The Play Gym into a hideaway and play space with a natural canvas cover to keep the play going for years to come.

Price conscious purchaser - worth it
I’m usually a pretty price conscious person and I felt this play gym was a little steep but for some reason, I really wanted it for my baby. And let me tell you, it must have some sort of magic because my baby loves this play gym! It’s simple in design & sturdy, it’s striking for a baby toy, and something about those little black & white toys have completely captured my baby’s attention. I can see my baby growing with this toy & can’t wait to convert it to the tent! If you’re considering this play gym - treat yourself & your baby!

I love the look of the play gym in our living room, especially when a family room can get crowded with things everywhere. I bought it because I wanted something that would serve dual pupose, so it's great that we can use it indefinitely until our LO toddler years

Worth it.
When building my baby registry, someone told me to make sure to get a nice-looking play gym because it will be in your living room for the next year. Thankfully I followed their advice and found the Lalo Play Gym. We have a small house so I appreciate that the mat isn't massive, and the hardware is sturdy and high quality. There is SO much waste when it comes to baby stuff, so I'm looking forward to converting this to into a tent when the time comes.

Great but needs a few tweaks
Absolutely love the look of this. Aesthetically pleasing kid items are indeed hard to come by. I do wish the legs were a little sturdier as they do seem to wobble a little and my only other issue is that I do wish it was as long as the mat. Not the best for once your baby starts to roll over and they get caught in the legs. Overall, I would still rebuy as I do think the overall quality is great and love the play kits.

Baby Gym
We bought this for our daughter, now 7 months old. She's been doing tummy time and floor play at the play gym since day 1. She loves the toys, especially the sensory ball. I also often find that she's pulled off one of the silicone links to teeth on, they're the perfect shape for her little hand.
