Love the look, but not durable.
Loved the way ot looks and feels.
I hate that its not durable at all. So far just about everything has broken to where we had to reglue. The screws have all cone apart by regular screwing (first one happend when I was playing with it with my toddler on day one of opening. ). Hammer head came off within the first week. There isn't anything to actually Hammer together either. I would have returned it if my son didnt receive it as a gift from someone else.

The quality and detail are unmatched
I am absolutely in awe of this toy! I'm gifting it to my son for his half birthday. So many sweet details put into it. I know he will play for a solid 30mins. He is almost 18 months and toys like this really intrigue him.

Broken work bench, terrible customer service.
We recently purchased the workbench for our son’s birthday. It came in damaged, which I understand can happen. My issue is that I’ve reached out to the company via phone and text messaging upwards of 6 times to get a replacement and have not heard back. Very disappointed with the customer service and will be disputing with my CC if I don’t hear back soon.

Beautiful Workbench
My kids have really been enjoying playing with the workbench! It’s great for open ended imaginative play and fine motor skills. We had an issue with one of the pieces not working out of box but the issue was quickly taken care of. I’m beyond impressed with the Lalo customer service 👏🏼!

Nice but not durable
Very nice looking workbench but not durable. Many pieces already broke and the table chipped. I wasn’t expecting particle board for this price tag.

Tool set
Overall this product build is amazing, it is SO easy to put together—it took me about five minutes max which is a huge win in my book. We had a minor issue with one of the tools which customer service is doing an awesome job helping fix. I do wish they had an accessory type kit to get extra “nails” etc. & also the accessory that holds the screw driver/hammer/etc doesn’t stay up on peg board. It continuously falls off when putting the tools on it or taking off even myself being careful doing it.
