Lansinoh Pre-Birth Organic Massage Oil conditions skin to support elasticity in stretching bellies and before perineal massage during pregnancy. Perineal massage during the last month of pregnancy may reduce the likelihood of perineal injury and pain during childbirth.
Simple, safe and backed by research, the oil is made with a nourishing blend of certified organic jojoba, sweet almond and apricot kernel oils.

Love it!
I am currently using this at 33 weeks pregnant and before I was using a body cream that was thick and had a nasty residue. This massage oil feels so much cleaner and moisturizing.

I didn’t use it for a perineal massage but rather as a general massage oil for my belly postpartum, anything to aid the shrinking uterus! I used this for perineal massage for about 10 minutes once a day for 2 weeks. The oil doesn't have a scent, it doesn't feel too greasy, and never once irritated my sensitive skin. I received this oil from Stellar Product Testing Panel right before I gave birth to Isla. I had only used it once on my pregnancy belly (I don’t have any comparison photos unfortunately!) As far as using it postpartum, it has been great! I can see visible reduction of redness and stretch marks! It come in a small package but you really don’t need much product to cover your belly! I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a quick absorbing oil with natural, organic ingredients for their growing belly!

This is an interesting product that I am on the fence about. I received it as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I don’t know if I would purchase it on my own for a future pregnancy. It had a good consistency for a massage oil but gave very few instructions for best use both before and after birth. For stretch marks and my stomach I found that I preferred lotions and for perineal massage I wasn’t super comfortable.

Decent Message Oil

I was given this pre-birth massage oil to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The consistency of the oil was pretty thick and easy to apply to my belly. It absorbed rather quickly compared to other oils. However, there is no mention that the ingredients will help with any existing stretch marks. I did not feel comfortable using the oil for perineal massage based on my medical history. The cap over the dropper cap was the same size as the actual bottle of oil, which can be off putting when investing in a ski care product.
