The lightweight Mico Luxe Infant Car Seat from Maxi-Cosi makes carrying baby to and from the car easier. It’s designed with a one-handed base-and-stroller release and a contoured, ergonomic handle.
The Mico Luxe is simple and intuitive to install with a stay-in-car base and 1-click LATCH system. It has large, visible belt guides on the car seat for a secure, on-the-go installation without the base (great for ride-sharing). Extra plush padding on the removable infant head and lumbar inserts also ensure baby’s safety and comfort.

Best Answer: Apologies for the confusion. Bugaboo confirmed the Dragonfly is not compatible with the Mico Luxe Infant Car Seat. It is compatible with the Kangaroo however (and adapters are in the box).

Falls apart way to easily
Giving it a 2 because its very nice visually but comes apart very easily, cover comes off exposing foam, tighten harness broke within the first year, sun shade comes detached when it shouldn’t. Overall, I WOULD NOT purchase. Looks are not worth functionality.

We’re 5 months in and still super happy with this car seat. With a heavier baby, living in southern AZ we were looking for a well ventilated car seat at a low empty weight and this one more than exceeds our expectations. Baby always gets plenty a/c, is never sweaty and I can still carry her inside the seat without breaking my back. Installing the base was super easy and rethreading the harness takes less then 5 minutes when ready to move to the next size. I seriously don’t understand all these negative reviews. We have no complaints so far.

Do not buy this
We found this to be difficult to use with a very unhelpful manual. It consistently tilted in our car and was unsafe. We used it for 3 weeks and returned it for a Chicco key fit. After using the chicco for one day, we realized how horrible this one was in comparison. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this!

More cons than pros
We loved the color of this car seat but unfortunately that’s the only thing we like. It’s difficult to remove from base and stroller as well. 1 month into using it and we noticed the cover started rolling off from the top. We usually just pull it back on but it’s pretty difficult to get it to stay. We just noticed the foam backing is broken in half and may be contributing to the cover slipping off.

Terrible Quality—Do Not Buy
This is the WORST car seat on the market. Save your money and just buy a reputable brand like graco/nuna/etc. I was so excited for this seat because it’s beautiful. The neutral color was exactly what I wanted this go around; however, the thing falls apart as if it was made of the cheapest material the company could find or they cut corners to assemble the products in general to cut costs. I’m not sure, but the canopy wasn’t completely attached to the seat so the styrofoam or whatever was…

Love it!
Love it! My baby also LOVESSS it. I have nothing bad to say about this car seat. It’s easy to install in the base, and stroller. I use it at least once a day! It’s comfy for my baby, and for me to carry her around.
