Don’t get
Two stars is generous. The suction is horrible, I have an older pump and wanted to get a new one. I was able to get this one through my insurance and I regret wasting my free pump on this one. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I could never get more than 1.5 oz out of one side at a time with this one. With the OLDER pump I can get at least 5 oz/pump/side. I gave it two stars instead of one because it is portable and convenient but that’s the only upside. There is also no way to close the top

Dissatisfied
Disappointed in this product. I bought through insurance and unfortunately have to get a different pump out of pocket because the suction is horrible just after two months. I’ve gotten clogged ducts and low supply because the suction started slacking.

Over all one not a good pump. The suction works half the time… after washing the pump, putting the million pieces back together, half the time the suction will not work. I have had the pump for less than one month. I have followed the recommended guideline for replacement parts and the membranes still seem to not hold suction properly. If you do not clip the bottom together just right it will result in mild loss. Also the hole in the top is in just the right spot that you can not bend over to

Do not waste your money
I bought this pump back in January after the birth of my daughter because I needed to pump in addition to breast-feeding. I can say is of the pump is very uncomfortable, and the pumps themselves are terrible at collecting milk. I will have it going for over 25 minutes, first thing in the morning when my breasts are full, and it will only get out an ounce or two. In addition to being very uncomfortable, this type of pump only has two flange sizes, with other sizes unavailable for this type of

Pump designed to last 250 hours
I wrote an amazing review on this pump until it just failed. Apparently the pump is designed to last only 250 hours. That is less than one hour per day for one year.
Shocked. I exclusively pump and bottle feed. I pump 36 oz per day over the course of 4 hours in 1 hour increments. I'm pretty upset that this pump has failed and I did not realize that it wasn't even designed to last a year. The hands free cups are the most comfortable I've ever used and this is my third child.

Terrible. It started leaking right after a few uses, suction is not good, and I got half the output as I did with other pumps. It is not a pump for moms starting out. Very discouraging to new pumping moms.

Doesn't empty
This pump is not efficient in emptying breasts. In my experience, this cannot be used as a main pump for everyday sessions. I obtained it through my insurance and paid a little bit extra over some of the free options and I'm really upset that I did. I ended up having to buy a wall plugin option that I used in a previous pregnancy due to this one causing serious pain in my armpits within the first 4 days because it does not empty me. I'm hoping it gets better use later on in my journey due to convenience of not being tied down. But right now, 6 days in, it is definitely not my favorite.

Okay for back up pump
I was very excited to have a pump I could use while moving around. Unfortunately, after giving it a shot for zero2 weeks, this device does not collect the same quantity of milk as my table top pump, Spectra. I will keep this as a back up pump but stick with the Spectra which is quicker and more efficient as my primary. I also found the suction on the medela swing to be uncomfortable. Pros are small size, battery lasts for several days before recharge needed, and it does work to pump while doing
