Horrible Customer Service, Inaccurate Product Desc
I bought the saffron color because the photos make it look like a yellow ochre (yellow is my favorite color). It arrived, and it’s an ugly pastel peach/mango color. I reached out to customer service about my disappointment and urged them to warn customers the photos on the website *and* box do not match the actual color. The response I got back was, “the photos are accurate. Since this item was final sale, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Sorry for the inconvenience.” WOW I should have paid…

Great!
Takes practice getting it just right on adjustment. I love this for going to church or just relaxing at home or walking somewhere. I use a different carrier for work as I need two hands. You’re single handed with this carrier.

Uncomfortable and stuck with it
This is my first ring sling, and it was recommended to me. It is so uncomfortable to wear, on my shoulder and my back. I wanted to return it and got tricked into it with the free returns when I bought it. I never thought to check the return policy and it has to be unused so they can resell it new. So I now have something I hate to wear and can’t exchange it for something I’d actually like.

So convenient and easy to use
I love my ring sling carrier! It really has helped my back a lot when holding my little girl. It’s so simple and easy to put on. I have both regular wraps, and the ring sling and the ring sling is my go to now since it’s simple and easy!

Adaptability
More adaptable than any other carrier I've tried. The biggest selling point for me was the ability to breastfeed relatively easily and still have my hands free. It helped me get back to work quicker.

Love the feel!
This is my fourth baby, but first one to be born in the warm (late April) months in FL. I have a linen Maya ring sling from previous baby's, but after wearing that for a short walk I realized that it was going to be a hot summer! My friend recommended a double muslin carrier, I found this one! So soft and squishy right out of the box, feels nice and supportive and not HOT. It's an amazing lightweight breathable carrier, the color we got is fern and it's very pretty neutral color. I highly recommend this ring sling for the summer's heat, especially during the real young part of babyhood.
