I heard that these were compostable and loved that concept, but the individual wrappers and sticky backs just don’t seem like they’re actually less wasteful than other brands. They are, however, less effective for sure.
I am 4 weeks postpartum and have an oversupply with strong letdown. These are not very absorbent which leads to getting milk all over my shirt and my nipples being more sore from being pressed up against the wet, saturated pad.
I have found much better success and comfort
