Overview

Description

Made in France of borosilicate glass, Natursutten Glass Baby Bottles are free of BPA/BPS and other harmful chemicals that can leach from plastic bottles. The bottles are dishwasher-safe, thermal shock-resistant and can withstand extreme temperature changes, like boiling and freezing.

The bottles are paired with an all-natural rubber nipple that’s made in Italy. The softness creates a feeding experience that closely simulates breastfeeding, and the bottle’s anti-colic double-valve ensures a more even milk flow that helps prevent colic and gas.

7 Questions
Are these bottles safe to used with the Dr. Brown's bottle sterilizer?

Best Answer:  Natursutten doesn't recommend using sterilizers with their bottles. The glass bottle, cap, ring, seal, and double-valve are all dishwasher-safe—or can be hand-washed. The natural rubber nipple should be hand-washed under cold, running water using a mild liquid soap—not in the dishwasher.

Are 4oz glass bottle covers (like Avent) compatible to slip on?

Best Answer:  Bottle covers designed for 4oz glass bottles, like those from Avent, should be compatible with this baby bottle.

Is this bottle colic friendly (slow pour)?

Best Answer:  It is! This bottle has an anti-colic double-valve that ensures a more even milk flow preventing colic and gas.

Can I used the Spectra Small to Wide Neck Milk Bottle Cap Adapter to pump straight into these bottles?

Best Answer:  These bottles aren't compatible with Spectra pumps, as Spectra requires wide-neck bottles and these aren't. You can use a standard-size adapter to make them work.

Are these bottles lead free?

Best Answer:  They are! These bottles are made without lead.

Do these bottles come with caps for refrigerator/freezer storage?

Best Answer:  The bottles comes with two snug-fit caps for travel and storage.

These bottles come with two snug-fit caps good for storage and for travel too!

I really love the design and simplicity of the glass bottles themselves. They are also very durable. However the nipples are faulty but we just switched them out with dr browns slim nipples just fine.

Defective
We were so excited about glass baby bottles, but when we finally needed them they didn’t work. Both nipples would not work. When washing them we were able to get some water to come out of the nipple, but once milk was in the bottle it would not flow at all. The anti colic disc trapped milk in the nipple, so when trying to open the bottle the milk would just leak around the outside of the bottle. A huge headache to deal with when trying to feed a newborn. So disappointed.

These are the only bottles that work for my breastfed baby. I like that they are glass with lead-free paint, and that they have a natural rubber nipple. The slow flow nipples do have a pretty fast flow compared to other slow flow nipples we have tried. My letdown is fast, though, so these are the only bottles my baby likes. She has struggled with nipples from other brands.
