Best Answer: Apologies for the delay! Here's the response from Organic Dream: For clarification, the cover is made from Certified Organic Cotton however it is not 100%. We add other material into it in order for it to be able to be able to stretch and contour to the core effectively.

Great Mattress!
This is for our first baby, and I am so far very impressed with this mattress! It seems like great quality, and it was very easy to remove the sheet/covering to wash it. It also fits very nicely into our crib.
