Description
Philips Avent bottles are made from pharmaceutical-grade borosilicate glass that’s heat and thermal-shock resistant. You can store them in the fridge, warm them up and sterilize without worry of breakage.
Wide and soft, the Natural Response nipples let baby control the flow of milk, similar to breastfeeding. The unique opening and only releases milk when baby actively drinks so when they pause to swallow and breathe, the milk pauses, too. This makes it easier to switch back and forth between breast and bottle feeding. They’re also a no-drip design to prevent lost milk.
The nipples have an Anti-colic valve designed to reduce the amount of air baby ingests while feeding, which helps with common issues like colic, reflux and gas.

Would of loved if it was a slower flow nipple

Trying this bottle as a product review, my baby seemed to love the wider width since he’s 6 months old and learning how to hold bottles on his own. Enjoyed having no inserts which makes cleaning it a breeze. He didn’t seem to have any acid reflux because of it. My only complaint would be that my baby is use to a slower flow, as much as I try to move him up from his normal nipples size 1. If I would go buy a slower flow nipple for this bottle, he would probably take it better!

I like this bottle overall. It feels well-made and has a nice, simple design. The glass does make it a little heavier than a plastic bottle, but it still feels comfortable to hold and use.

I thankfully received this baby bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had been eyeing the Philips Avent bottles as they’re highly recommended wherever you look online. I received this product through stellar panel. I really like the look and feel of this bottle. It’s lightweight and sturdy. The glass stayed fresh and clean without lingering odors or discoloration. My baby prefers Avent bottles over any other brand but I've only used the plastic ones. Adding glass to the rotation requires no transition. It was surprisingly lightweight but still thick enough that I wasn't worried about it cracking or breaking.
