Smooth, Convenient, and Surprisingly Compact!

bad product, bad customer service
Very disappointed. Wish I could give you negative rating. I bought this stroller, took it out of the package and had my son sit on it. He could easily touch the carpet with this feet. I don't want a stroller where he's able to reach the ground because he likes to do that on the street. I reached out to customer service about it. They said since its taken out of the box it cannot be returned. Now, that is unfair. It is fairly expensive compared to some other travel strollers. How am I supposed to…

After reading other reviews, wanted to clarify for other readers..it is tricky to close up, because you have to remember to use both hands to push the side button near the handle to unlock it and lift both tabs to close it. I do wish they'd improve on that feature, I don't have the patience to deal with most compact stroller baskets, but when comparing the current model glux with minu v2 that I briefly owned and quickly returned, I would choose this hands down. If I could get it to collapse I'd love it
It so hard to get this stroller to collapse. It's great except for that part! I almost dread using it because I don't know how long it'll take me to put it down.

Terrible stroller!!!
I bought this for my daughter for vacation and i must say its the most disappointing umbrella stroller. She has the Vista 3 stroller which she loves and is an amazing stroller. The uppababy stroller is superior and i expected the same superior quality that uppababy is known for. If i could give this zero stars i would.

Terrible costumer service experience!
I bought the stroller, used it maybe 5 times for quick ride from the car to the library. Stroller can't open anymore, it's just stuck and half open. I talk to the costumer service, and send the videos. No help, nothing she basically said that I am doing something wrong, watch videos and try your best!

Fold is too hard
I received this stroller for my baby shower. My baby is now 6 months and I wanted to start using a more compact stroller for quick errands. I cannot get this stroller to fold without having to fight with it. I wish I could return this stroller it's not worth the hassle.

very disappointed, folding is a nightmare
it's only a week old and too hard to fold. I should have been more aware when the sales person also couldn't fold it. I expected more from Uppa.
