The built-in nightlight, soothing sounds and lullabies play right from the camera unit to help soothe baby. You can enable the Auto-On feature to turn on the nightlight when noise is detected to help soothe your baby back to sleep. The temperature sensor will also let you know with an alert if the nursery is getting too hot or cold, so you can adjust the thermostat.
This fixed baby camera has a wide-angle viewing up to 110 degrees to see baby from anywhere in the house or yard.

Not a long term baby monitor.
I’ve had this same baby monitor for 3 years now . It worked great for like 2 years and after that the connection just started to go down hill . It look’s connection to WiFi and connectivity to the hub so often now I have to restart it ever time to get it working again… definitely wouldn’t recommend as a long term baby monitor but it did work well for awhile at the start.

Could never get it to connect
Could not get the camera to connect to Wifi no matter what I did. Many of the help suggestions or videos online from the company that list the camera model give instructions for troubleshooting that involve options on the parent unit that do not exist, or suggest doing things through the app. Things I can't do if it won't connect to the wifi/app in the first place. I suspect the suggestions could work with some of the other camera models, but they don't work with this one.
I just wound up returning it. Not worth the hassle.

Don’t recommend! Very frustrating.
Had the camera for a couple years now. Worked for a handful of months and stopped connecting. We would connect the monitor to WiFi and it would go out within 1-3 hours. Tried to update software and do everything we could to get it working months later again, same issue. Huge connection problem. Won’t even connect a room away.

Would not recommend
Extremely disappointed with this baby monitor. It worked fine for 2.5 months and then the infared LED light starts randomly flashing on and off. It did this for a couple minutes and completely blacked out. I can’t see baby AT ALL. I have been all over Google for the past 5 days trying to figure out the issue whether dim mode is on or it’s being powered by motion sensitivity. I did a hard reset and nothing is working. It only shows a picture when it’s bright which is unhelpful because baby only sleeps in the dark. I would chuck this thing off a cliff if I could

AMAZING PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product is SO worth the money!!!! It’s crystal clear and never have any issues! The one issue we had it was EASILY fixed by sending an email. Huge shoutout to customer service, she was super patient with me and was able to get us a new monitor so quickly!!! Highly recommend!

If I could give it a 0 I would. The antenna broke off, just by turning it up. VTech doesn’t cover the warranty. So now it losses signal. It asks you to sign into WiFi, every single time you turn it off. I registered for this so I didn’t have to use WiFi. Disappointed in the company and the cheap remote.

Best quality baby cam for the price!
Easy to install/use, inexpensive, good range, good night vision, good video/sound quality, good zooming capability, good sound/movement alert, good app conectivity, long product life (4 years before I had to replace it) and you can have multiple baby cams in one monitor! The only downside is the often connectivity interruptions, but I suspect is due to router/modem issues, not the monitor.

Great buy for money
We have used this baby monitor for over 4 months and have been very happy with it. The screen resolution is good enough to see what is going on with the baby, but having it work with our phones at 1080p is really nice. Temperature gage seems to be pretty accurate and wifi connection is very handy. I can be outside doing yardwork while baby sleeps and monitor him on my phone. Occasionally, it disconnects, but it reconnects very quickly. Only downsides are the microphone doesn't really work, but…

This little monitor is great. I can be out back and still watch my daughter all the way inside the house, so the range is amazing. There is a highway at the back of my yard (about 0.75 acres back) and traffic can get loud in the afternoon, and I can still hear if she wakes up because the volume can be turned up pretty high. Picture is good, and the brightness can be adjusted for when it's my bedtime as well. The battery lasts very long as well. I can go an entire day off the battery, plug it in…

Helps a new mama get a piece of mind
Camera- you have to mount it to your wall if you want a clear view of your baby, unless you're okay with seeing them through crib bars. The night vision is really nice. Audio- the 2 way talk is awesome to let them know you're near. I don't really use the lullaby's because it seems too loud but that's just me. VOX system is really nice, the screen would be dark unless vox picks up on fuss and crying. So I usually have it off so I can keep an eye on baby instead of relying on sound only (mine will literally just lay there scratching nails on his bedsheet before crying).
