We received two rockers, both of which were damaged upon receipt. Minimal packing in box, so after the second one arrived damaged we knew it was due to inadequate packing.
I will say, Babylist customer service was amazing with sending out a replacement and ultimately a store credit refund. I’m bummed this did not work out, it looks so cute online.
