The below terms and conditions apply to promotional offers at Baby List, Inc. (“Babylist”) including offers where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and are subject to, a part of and incorporated into Babylist’s Terms of Use, available at https://www.babylist.com/terms. In the event of a conflict in terms between these Promotional Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use or the terms and conditions of a specific offer, the terms and conditions of the specific offer shall govern.

  • This is a limited time offer available only if you are 18 years or older and is void where prohibited by law and outside of the United States.
  • Babylist reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
  • Offer good while supplies last.
  • Offer limited to one per customer and account.
  • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
  • Each promotional code applies only to qualifying purchases.
  • Shipping charges may apply to discounted and free promotional items.
  • If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • If any of the purchases related to an offer are cancelled, if refunded, the refund will equal the amount you paid for the purchase (i.e. accounting for any discounts applied), subject to applicable refund policies.
  • Unless a Babylist gift card is the stated benefit of the offer, promotional codes may not be redeemed for Babylist gift cards.
  • Any offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order.
  • If an offer includes a promotional code, discount or credit for goods and services sold by another company (a “Partner”), the redemption of such code, discount or credit shall be subject to the Partner’s terms and conditions and the Partner shall be solely responsible for any matters arising therefrom after Babylist delivers the code, discount or credit to you.
  • If you violate any of these terms or the Company’s terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.

Labor Day 2026 Terms & Conditions

Babylist Labor Day Sale 2026

  • Starts: September 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT
  • Ends: September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT
Promotion Details:
Shop the Babylist Labor Day Sale event and save on select products in the Babylist Shop. Eligible products are listed at babylist.com/store/sale. Certain brands, items, or categories may be excluded from this Promotion. Some deals are available as automatic markdowns — no code required. Select offers require a promo code at checkout (see Promo Code Redemption below).

Promotion Period:
Offer valid from September 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT through September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Orders must be placed during this period to qualify.

Eligibility:
Offer is available to customers shopping at the Babylist Shop during the Promotion Period. No account or age restrictions apply. Offer is not valid on purchases made outside of the Babylist Shop.

Promo Code Redemptions:
Select deals require a promo code to receive the discount. Apply the applicable code at checkout to receive the discount on Eligible Products. Discount applies only to qualifying items in your cart at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Restrictions:
  • Valid in the US only, on Eligible Products
  • Not valid on gift cards, shipping, or taxes
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or promo codes
  • No cash value; non-transferable
  • Automatic markdowns apply only while the promotion is active. Promo codes are not valid on products already reflecting an automatic markdown and may not be combined with other offers
Returns:
Refunds for returned items will reflect the discounted purchase price paid. Standard Babylist return policies apply.

Fraud and Abuse:
Babylist reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse of the promotion is suspected, including unauthorized distribution or fraudulent activity.

Modification or Termination:
Babylist may modify or terminate this offer at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

General:
Void where prohibited. Subject to Babylist Terms of Use (babylist.com/terms). Offer provided by Babylist, Inc. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Babylist Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms will govern for purposes of this Promotion.
