Babylist General Promotional Terms & Conditions

The below terms and conditions apply to promotional offers at Baby List, Inc. (“Babylist”) including offers where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and are subject to, a part of and incorporated into Babylist’s Terms of Use, available at https://www.babylist.com/terms. In the event of a conflict in terms between these Promotional Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use or the terms and conditions of a specific offer, the terms and conditions of the specific offer shall govern.

  • This is a limited time offer available only if you are 18 years or older and is void where prohibited by law and outside of the United States.
  • Babylist reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
  • Offer good while supplies last.
  • Offer limited to one per customer and account.
  • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
  • Each promotional code applies only to qualifying purchases.
  • Shipping charges may apply to discounted and free promotional items.
  • If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • If any of the purchases related to an offer are cancelled, if refunded, the refund will equal the amount you paid for the purchase (i.e. accounting for any discounts applied), subject to applicable refund policies.
  • Unless a Babylist gift card is the stated benefit of the offer, promotional codes may not be redeemed for Babylist gift cards.
  • Any offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order.
  • If an offer includes a promotional code, discount or credit for goods and services sold by another company (a “Partner”), the redemption of such code, discount or credit shall be subject to the Partner’s terms and conditions and the Partner shall be solely responsible for any matters arising therefrom after Babylist delivers the code, discount or credit to you.
  • If you violate any of these terms or the Company’s terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.

Big Baby Sale 2026

In addition to the Babylist General Promotional Terms & Conditions stated above, by participating in a Spend $250 Get $50 promotion, Customer agrees to the following Babylist’s Big Baby Sale 2026 Terms & Conditions. 

Promotion Period:
  • Starts: Sunday, April 12, 2026 9:00 PM PT 
  • Ends: Sunday, April 19, 2026 12:00 AM PT

Promotion Details:
Customers must spend $250+ (pre-tax) on eligible Babylist Shop products during the Promotion Period to receive a $50 Babylist Promotional Credit to be used in the Babylist Shop. The promotional credit will be emailed to the customer on April 20, 2026 in the form of a code which can be applied in checkout. The promotional credit must be redeemed between April 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and June 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT. Unused credit after the redemption window has expired will be forfeited. All customers are eligible for this promotion one time only regardless of the total value or combined value of orders over $250. Credit cannot be redeemed with any other promo code offers.

Eligibility & Exclusions:
All purchases must be made in the Babylist Shop, excluding within Babylist Health. Eligible purchases include sale, regular and clearance merchandise but exclude gift cards (see below), applicable taxes and prior purchases. Qualifying purchases must reach $250 after all applicable discounts are applied and before tax. Registry Discount can apply to the initial purchase, but the post-discount subtotal must be $250+ to qualify. Purchases that do not meet the $250 threshold do not qualify for this promotion.

Gift Cards may be included in the transaction but will not count toward the qualifying minimum of $250. The subtotal of eligible items, excluding Gift Cards, must reach $250.

If the customer returns part or all of the initial order, bringing the purchase below $250, the promotional code will be deactivated and can not be used.

Redeeming the Promotional Credit:
Within the expiration period of the promotional credit, customers can redeem their promotional credit on any subsequent purchase made in the Babylist Shop, except within Babylist Health. This $50 promotional credit cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, including Registry Discounts. The promotional credit can only be used once in a single purchase. Promotional credit can not be used on orders within Babylist Health. If a customer uses the promotional credit for items worth less than the value of the credit, any remaining value will be forfeited. 

The promotional credit has no cash back value. If the customer returns a purchase made with the promotional credit, they will not receive the credit value back. 

Additional Terms:
Babylist may modify or cancel the promotion at any time and revoke promotional credits or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse. The promotional credit is non-cashable, and cannot be substituted. By participating, customers agree to these terms.
