is the camera wireless ?

Best Answer:  The camera has a plug, so it is not wireless.

Can the camera nightlight be turned off? I don't want a nightlight in my baby's room while they're sleeping.

Best Answer:  Yes, the nightlight on the Babysense 1080p Full HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor can be turned off. You can control the nightlight remotely from the parent unit, where you can adjust the color and intensity of the light or turn it off completely.

Does it detect motion?

Best Answer:  This monitor does not have motion detection.

Is this wireless?

Best Answer:  The camera needs to be plugged into a power outlet with its adapter, but the monitor works wirelessly.

Add another Babysense monitor later?

Best Answer:  This is a non-WiFi baby monitor so you can only connect the cameras with the included parent unit (monitor). There isn't an option to add another monitor.

Is this the same product as the Babysense MaxView?

Best Answer:  It is! This baby monitor's model is MaxView-2CAM.

Can I also hook my phone up to this one?

Top-notch product. Amazing customer service.
We love this product. Also so important to know that the customer service is absolutely amazing. We had our parent unit not work all of a sudden one morning. We emailed customer support and they already had a new one on the way. It actually arrived the very next day. We are so very thankful for such amazing customer service.

Customer service is top notch!
The customer service is exceptional! Within 72hrs of our parent unit going out on us we already had a replacement on the way. They responded via email within hours of my inquiry and their instructions were clear with troubleshooting and directions on what they needed from me in order for a replacement to take place. We love the split screen feature on this unit for both our girls and very happy with the quality and service Babysense offers.

Overseas fees on credit card
Our purchase had initially been charged overseas transaction fees. Upon reaching out babysense refunded the charges. Phone support is based in the US so we had to reach out via email which was fine but we would’ve preferred not having to do it in the first place. Please check whether you’re registered as a foreign entity so that other customers will not have the same issue.
