I don't normally write reviews, but I assume since this is my second one I'm buying that I should finally write a review, so here it goes. I have tried three different brands of baby monitors including this one. I got the baby sense for the first time over 3 years ago after the first brand had issues after 6 months and I didn't really like it anyways. The parent unit finally died on the babysense after 3y of abuse. I was not patient enough to do another order so I ran down to a big box store and…

Great quality, great price.
We love these cameras, we had an issue with our monitor and they sent us a new one pretty much immediately! Beyond that, we've had absolutely no issues and we feel like our triplets are totally safe while we're using this system.

I have 4 kids and have used the infant optics drx 8 pro for 8 years. I hated it. I replaced the monitor twice and was afraid to change because I had the cameras. I decided to try this one and omg I'm blown away! What a night and day difference. The visual to the clarity! The features and the monitor. Worlds apart. Never mind the battery life which is incredible! This is by far way better unit. I'm very happy with it. Highly recommended!

Excellent Baby Monitor with Outstanding Customer Service
This baby monitor with split-screen functionality works perfectly. The video quality is clear, the connection is stable, and the split-screen feature makes it incredibly easy to keep an eye on multiple areas at the same time.
I’ve also contacted customer service twice already, and I’m genuinely impressed. They were extremely helpful and responsive. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and friendly support these days. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this monitor but unfortunately the display screen was recalled due to risk. I emailed babysense and had the pleasure of dealing with Amie who was absolutely amazing in helping deal with my quarry and organise a replacement display screen.

LOVE this monitor
We just upgraded our baby monitor to this Babysense Pro 5. 5"" display and we absolutely love it! It was easy to set up and the image quality is so much clearer. We also love the ability to adjust the camera view as we did not have that capability with our last baby monitor. I decided to go with this brand as we had the baby diaper monitor when our child was an infant - to monitor for rollovers. This camera system does not disappoint and I would definitely recommend.

Very happy so far!!
Bought due to needing a 2 camera system and the vtech I bought before this one SUCKED, the camera quality was absolutely terrible. Therefore after doing some research, I finally decided to buy this one. Can say the camera quality is amazing! The sound quality also great. Will update after some use.
