Do not recommend
We got the owlet cam for our baby. Only wanted the camera and thought it was nice to view everything with an app and not a secondary device. The camera is a pain to connect to WiFi; it will only connect to a basic WiFi not 5G. The notifications also suck when the baby cries, there’s no loud notification sound just a slight ding and absolutely no way to change it

Inaccurate temperate and noise detection
Temperature is off by 10 degrees. Customer service sent me a new cord and it’s still off by 7-8 degrees. Camera also incorrectly notifies that there is crying… the room is empty since we don’t have a baby yet so there is no crying.

Inconsistent Pictute
Very inconsistent camera , great when it decides to work . Constantly have to reset the camera because of difficulties showing picture . Do your research on this monitor before you waste your money. The sock does great and the camera is great when it works just rarely does .

Do NOT buy!
For a device meant to peace of mind, all this does is create worry and headaches. The camera always disconnects in the middle of the night, I wake up in a panic that my baby is crying and I can’t hear her. It will disconnect completely about once a week so I have to go in and repair it (usually when my baby is sleeping). The picture quality is awful, the app completely drains your phone battery. I don’t have one good thing to say about this product. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere! Customer service also not helpful.

The best monitor
This monitor has such a clear view, and the timing of movements is very close to the actual real lifetime, which is wonderful. I would recommend this monitor to anyone.

Excellent baby monitor camera
The camera quality is great - I have this one and the cam 2, as well as the owlet sock and love utilizing all three for different reasons/spaces. I highly recommend owlet products. They give me and my husband such peace of mind.

With the price that this camera is you’d think it would work consistently. My camera logs itself out at least once a week, and conveniently did it on one of the coldest nights of the year. I couldn’t see the temperature drops in my 4 month old son’s room. I’m frankly disappointed with this product and how unreliable it’s been. I attempted to log it back in while he was sleeping but it required the light to be turned on at a 3am feed. Waking him up of course. It doesn’t help that my husband and…

Excellent Quality Day/Night Vision
I absolutely love this camera. The night vision is extremely clear as well as the day vision. I really like that you can adjust the sensitivity of all the settings, including the motion and sound. This camera connects via Wi-Fi so it’s nice that I can watch the camera on my phone or my iPad. Something else I’d like to point out is the picture and picture option which means that I can be scrolling on my phone or my iPad and watch the camera at the same time.
