Can the sock and sensor be washed?
Yes — for Smart Sock 3 / Dream Sock: both the fabric sock and sensor are washable (with recommended care).
Do I need WiFi for the Owlet to work?
No — the Base Station uses Bluetooth to get readings from the sock, and the Base Station gives alerts locally. WiFi (and app) is used for remote viewing and trend data.
