Can you add another camera ?

Best Answer:  No—the system is designed for two cameras and doesn’t support adding a third. If you need additional coverage, you might consider a monitor that supports more cameras.

What is scan mode? Will it switch between cameras if one child starts making a sound?

Best Answer:  The Scan Mode on the Babysense 1080p Full HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor allows the monitor to alternate views between multiple connected cameras. The cycling between cameras is typically time-based and follows a set interval, such as every 10 seconds.

Does the sound go back and forth between both videos or is it able to play sound from both cameras simultaneously?

Best Answer:  This monitor shows both camera feeds at once, but it only plays sound from one camera at a time. You can switch between audio feeds manually, but simultaneous sound isn't available.

Can you turn the night lights off?

Best Answer:  You do have the option to turn the night light off or on.

Does it connect to your phone?

Best Answer:  Babysense monitors can't connect to smartphones.

Does it have 2 way talk?

Best Answer:  It does! This baby monitor has two-way audio/mic.

How many cameras max can this monitor support?

Best Answer:  This can support up to four cameras.

How does the audio work on the split screen?

Best Answer:  When you split the screen, you will see a button that you can use to select which of the two screens you want the audio from.

What other mounting options are available, is there a stand so I don’t have to drill into the wall?

Best Answer:  These cameras can only be wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface. Babysense doesn't offer a floor stand.

can you add cameras that aren't by Babysense?

Best Answer:  This monitor will only work with Babysense cameras.

Top-notch product. Amazing customer service.
We love this product. Also so important to know that the customer service is absolutely amazing. We had our parent unit not work all of a sudden one morning. We emailed customer support and they already had a new one on the way. It actually arrived the very next day. We are so very thankful for such amazing customer service.

Amazing!
This is a MUST HAVE for parents with multiple children. Literally my anxiety about nap time and sleep schedules is nonexistent nowadays. I’m truly in awe!

Customer service is top notch!
The customer service is exceptional! Within 72hrs of our parent unit going out on us we already had a replacement on the way. They responded via email within hours of my inquiry and their instructions were clear with troubleshooting and directions on what they needed from me in order for a replacement to take place. We love the split screen feature on this unit for both our girls and very happy with the quality and service Babysense offers.

Overseas fees on credit card
Our purchase had initially been charged overseas transaction fees. Upon reaching out babysense refunded the charges. Phone support is based in the US so we had to reach out via email which was fine but we would’ve preferred not having to do it in the first place. Please check whether you’re registered as a foreign entity so that other customers will not have the same issue.
