Poor quality- squeaking and popping after just a couple of months
I've had this chair for close to 2 years now, but we pretty quickly took it out of the nursery and replaced it with a different chair from FB marketplace. I definitely don't recommend it. Like others have mentioned, the cream is more of a greige. But the real deal breaker for me was that it started squeaking and creaking so loudly after just a month or two of use. Left horrible black marks on brand new carpet. We got the carpet replaced just before having our baby. This was purchased from our registry and we put it in the nursery. When we moved it for the first time (it’s very heavy so you don’t move it often!) we noticed black paint on our floors from the bottom of the chair. We can’t get it up. Now we’re trying to sell our house with black paint all over brand new carpet. Don’t get this chair!!!

inaccurate color description
Someone ordered this chair off my registry. While the chair is very comfortable and work as advertised, the color description is inaccurate. We ordered the cream chair and the chair we received appears to be light grey. My husband insists that we keep the chair instead of returning it because it is not light and he had to carry up multiple flights of stairs. I am not satisfied with it because it does not match my nursery.

Great rocking chair
Very quiet perfect for nursery. My only wish would be that it fully reclines back so I can lay flat :) but other than that it’s great

Decently good chair!
Good chair and will love using it in the living room/game room later down the road!
That said, it is a little difficult to get the back of the chair put onto the base. You definitely need two people. It also makes a cracking type noise every time I get up with my sleeping babe which sometimes wakes him up. And, the chair is a little too deep for me. I’m 5’ 3” and definitely need that pillow for back support. My husband is 5’ 10” and fits him just fine. It’s also pretty wide to accommodate a larger person or more pillows. It does the trick so I’d still recommend it!

Cream is not as advertised
A little bummed about the color. I ordered the Cream finish but it looks very gray for my taste. The picture does not properly reflect the real color of the chair.

Love it!
I love this recliner! It reclines smoothly/quietly so you don’t startle your baby and the backrest is perfect if you’re tall (I’m 6’1). One thing to note is if you have a c-section (like I did) it is very difficult/almost impossible to get out of while holding a baby in those first few weeks. The chair leans forward, toward the ground, when you go to stand instead of being the solid base that you need.
