Overview

Description

A few things make these glass bottles a favorite, like the nipple shape, anti-colic internal vent system and durable heat and thermal shock-resistant glass.

The nipple: It’s specially engineered for a consistent flow so you and baby know what to expect in every feeding. Made of high-grade, soft silicone, the breast-like shape is contoured for a proper latch and a more natural bottle-feeding experience, making it ideal for babies that switch back and forth from breast to bottle and back again.

The anti-colic internal vent system: Clinically proven to reduce colic and is known to decrease spit-up, burping and gas, and better preserve nutrients in breast milk. The internal vent system can be removed as baby grows, no need to introduce a different bottle.

What we  about it

A set of glass bottles designed to reduce colic and ease the transition from breast to bottle and back again.

Glass breaks easily
I’ve had these bottles for about a month, and the glass suddenly broke. I was putting the lid on when the top of the glass shattered and fell into my baby’s milk. Thank God I noticed it right away—otherwise my baby could have swallowed glass. I’ve also noticed chipping on parts of several of my Dr. Brown’s glass bottles. This glass is definitely not durable. If you purchase these, please be sure to carefully check the glass bottles before giving them to your baby

Use the glass bottle with the pump
I am deeply appreciative of the dr. Brown pump it came with the smaller bottles and I think just works better with the glass. Creates a better seal ive had no leakage or breaking they are sturdy bottles.

These worked ok for a while but now they leak every single time. They’re also so annoying to wash. I would just get a different bottle. The pigeon ones have been working great for me.

Great Baby Bottles
I’m in love with these bottles, they really help my baby be less gassy. They are great bottles that support breastfeeding and preserve vitamins. The glass bottles are perfect for warming up milk and safe to use everyday. I feel better knowing that they’re glass bottles instead of plastic. overall Dr Browns has the best products and you can never go wrong.

Leaks like crazy
Leaks so much… pretty sure my baby is losing at least an ounce of milk from leak each feed. So annoying. Don’t know why it’s so hyped

Glass chipping!
I have always used the plastic version but for this baby I wanted glass as it is less toxic. Be very careful, the neck park chips! For as pricey as these are I expected better. Highly disappointed that after I invested so much money into these bottles, I have to find an alternative. Chipping, especially around the neck does not seem safe.

Sturdy glass bottles not too heavy for feeding. I like the design as well, isn’t garish like some baby bottles.

Pay attention to the nipple size or the mole flow because we used it once with our newborn and half the bottle was on her. The floor of the bottle was too fast for a NB even though it is supposed to be for a NB

All the bottles leak -no matter what you do
I was convinced these were the best bottles on the market and bought a supply of different sizes and tests through my baby’s 9 months … by 3 months I sincerely regretted and by 6 months I ended up throwing the rest away. The bottles (all the variations) leak, I watched al the YouTube videos went through all the tips on how to prevent leaking: to no avail. If a brand that is dedicated to only making baby bottles can’t prevent them from leaking - then it has really missed the point. Extremely

Four weeks, no issues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The bad reviews really scared me, but I still added this to my registry - no problems as of now! Currently we use the 5 ounce bottles at eight weeks old and introduced them at four weeks with a level one nipple as directed! I even bought two more glass 4 ounce Dr. Brown’s bottles at target and haven’t had a problem with those either! They all wash really well in the dishwasher or by hand and can withstand the sanitizer and the bottle warmer, have dropped one once, and no cracks or damage!
