Description
The Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat features a four-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing little ones to ride in the safer rear-facing position for longer (up to 50 lbs).
This seat offers three modes of use to grow with children from rear-facing harness (4-50 lbs) to forward-facing harness (26.5 lbs-65 lbs) to highback booster (40-100 lbs).
The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment.
Harnessing is made easier with fuss-free harness storage pockets that conveniently hold the harness out of the way while you get baby in and out of the car seat.
The Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat is ProtectPlus Engineered, which helps to protect your child in frontal, side, rear and rollover crashes.

Do all graco car seats use the same base?

Nice material and color that hides dirt (Cullen). Had to really pull on the straps to tighten down using anchor locks, but seems to stay secure. Looking forward to using all the adjustment options as our child grows!

Beware of headrest
We got this for my son (whose 3 now) when he was 3 or 4 months old. The head part is styrofoam and the first one had cracked which graco said it cannot be used. They sent us a new one and it cracked in the same part. The first one I assumed was something g we did wrong but now I’m not so sure since it’s in the same place.

I’ve been using this car seat for a few days and honestly am considering returning it but I might be out of the return window by now, unfortunately.
The cons: while rear facing, it is incredibly difficult to loosen the harness. The button is under the seat padding and I have to awkwardly get my finger in sideways to reach it. On the flip side, tightening the straps is also challenging. It’s not smooth and the straps the shoulders tighten way too much before the chest is proper tightness. I…

This seat is my family's favorite. We've had a few seats from Graco and other brands but as of right now both toddlers are in this seat (different colors). They are easy to setup and install with an easy to read manual.

Happy mom of 80th percentile baby!

We have love our extend2fit so far! Our baby is in the 80th percentile and started getting uncomfortable in his infant car seat. He has been a happy boy in this convertible car seat. It was fairly easy to install and get him buckled in. The release lever is a little tricky to get him unbuckled but seems like it will get easier as we use it more. I love that he can be rear facing for a while and it has great crash test ratings. My husband and I are both tall so we decided against the rotating car seats to save space and ended up buying another extend2fit for our other vehicle.
