Could be battery powered.
My only issue is I wish it was battery operated as there is no electrical outlet any where close to my toilet.

Nice!
It’s a nice warmer. However, I took it out of the box and the small plastic hinges broke off in back. It still works and I really didn’t want to deal with a return. Warms nicely!
