Description
The Munchkin UV Diaper Pail uses the power of hospital-grade UV light to eliminate odor causing bacteria and germs. The patented self-sealing system keeps the disposal bag shut and free of smells, even when you open the lid. Four gold LED lights automatically sterilize internal surfaces, killing up to 99% of bacteria and viruses.
The UV Diaper Pail comes fully assembled and ready to plug in and use (the heart glows while sterilizing). It includes the UV Diaper Pail, USB cable and adapter, one UV Refill Ring and one UV Snap, Seal & Toss Bag.
Bundle option: You can also get the above and two extra Refill Rings as a bundle (just select that option). The Refill Rings maximize transmission of UV light through the film to control odor and germs. Each Ring provides enough room to hold 272 diapers (544 diapers total).

This was a must have a coworker sent me and I will say, it's been a rockstar. We've used it for 6 weeks now and I have smelled 0 diapers (I will say my daughter doesn't have the smelliest #2s yet) this has made changing a lot simpler and it's so easy to change bags and take them out. I ended up getting the lavender scented bags to go in it just as an added layer of protection. 0 complaints, does what it needs to, I like feeling like the UV light sanitizes. I'd definitely recommend it.

Our favorite diaper pail
We received this pail 3 years ago at our baby shower and loved it. No smell ever, felt like the UV light really worked and it was so easy to use. Finally after 2. 5 years of non stop use 10-15 times a day (we have two under 3), I noticed that the light wouldn’t turn on and it was a bit stinky. Decided to get a new one with the Mother’s Day sale and I’m so happy! Great product and super fast shipping

Cheaply made
Feels just really really cheap for what it costs. Feels like it’s going to break every time you open and close it. Not impressed.

Diaper pail lid doesn’t close.it was working fine a few months ago

Dislike
Was hopeful but really dislike this diaper pail. In order to put anything in it, you have to shove your entire hand in to push the diaper down. The light on top and back are quite bright. And the build doesn't feel very sturdy, it feels like it's always about to knock over when you open and shove into it. It does seem to contain smells, but having to put my hand fully in each time isn't worth it.

Great diaper pail
Great diaper pail don't smell a thing and yet you need to push the lid down to make it work the uv lights work magic!

This really is a must. My child has some rank diapers, and you don’t smell it at all. Taking out and refilling the bags and super easy as well. I would recommend to everyone.

Missing parts
Sent with no cord to plug in and use the UV light. Which is the whole reason I bought this one. Very disappointed
