Chair arrived damaged and of poor quality. Return has taken a while and new replacement chair has not shipped.

Horrible quality for the price

The quality control must be non-existent with this company. Ever since I got this chair last year it's been noisy, it shakes during rocking, the recliner barely functional and you can see horrible stitch patterns along with missing screws, screws put in sideways, and nuts placed between screws like washers. For a product that was purchased brand new this looks like it was hacked together using old parts. I would never consider purchasing another product from this company.

Cheap fabric peeling after 2 month
The swivel and glide are nice
The fabric is already worn after only 2 months I wish I could return it. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful.
We did not opt for the motorized version and I don’t know what type of Olympian you need to be to close the leg rest while holding a child…. It’s really difficult. So difficult in fact my wife can’t use the recline functionality on a …recliner
I would avoid this at all costs

This chair arrived faster than expected!! It was so easy to put together - no tools required. So far it is so comfortable for both me and my tall husband. The fabric feels very nice while also feeling durable. Perfect addition to our nursery.

Already Pilling

I’ve had this chair for less than 2 months and it’s already pilling! For the steep price I would expect much better quality. Very disappointed!

Overall Still Love 3YRS Later
Absolutely love this chair. Have had it for over 3 years. No squeaking, still glides and rocks so well, I’m 5’7” and my husband is 6’ so it’s perfect for us taller people. It’s still fluffy. Extremely comfortable. Only thing that is a slight drawback is trying to keep it reclined all the way back means you have to kind of force it down, and if you sit up it’s instantly drawing back up. I also wish the footrest wasn’t as hard to close down - especially if you have a sleeping little on your chest.…
