Faulty Camera
The camera, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts with Owlet Support, no longer detects our baby crying. It also disconnects from our wifi often, even though our wifi is working elsewhere in the home. We have had to factory reset the camera to get it to work in the middle of many of our baby's naps, which is not ideal, as we are trying not to wake a sleeping baby. Please correct this, Owlet. Your customer support has not been able to help us.

Sock is great, everything else sucks.
The sock is great. Wonderful. But the camera? Absolutely awful. I can never get it to load. It will spin for an hour. I can’t ever actually check the camera. I ended up buying a different camera to use. Just buy the sock seperately and buy a different camera.

A Game Changer for Newborn Sleep

Happy with our owlet!
I am very happy with our owlet and how it works. The fiest time cleaning the sock and turning the unit off was very confusing and frustrating but one you figure it out its not too bad. Maybe some changes to the wifi aspect of it. Not being able to use it at the hotel (still works with power just no live readings) and a better back up system if the power goes out ? It would be great if it could work off your phones hot spot. My daughter gave us a scare in the hospital when she was born and this definitely gives me peace of mind.

This thing never connects to the base or even gives me readings. It’s a useless product. I’m over it. Waste of $300

Peace of Mind
As a generally anxious person, the Dream Sock helps me have a bit more peace of mind when it comes to my baby’s sleep. It’s also been helpful to know when to attempt a transfer based on heart rate trends and the “sleeping peacefully” status.

Do not recommend due to unnecessary alarms
I bought this in preparation for my little one’s arrival and used for less than 30 days.. due to frequent and unnecessary alerts during the night from the product, and disconnection from the sock and base station in my newborns room directly across the hall, I attempted to request a refund and was denied. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and money back guarantee from this company. This product is certainly nice, when it works, however, the alarm sounding and waking up my 6 week old…
